Family Day Tournament

Date/Time: Saturday, February 14, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Location: Vision Sports Centre (7475 Flint Rd SE)

Format: 5-on-5 on the big rink, fun-first (not competitive), no buddy requests

Divisions (by birth year): Minors (2014–2018) • Majors (2011–2013)

Good cause: 50/50 in support of the Women’s National Team; tournament proceeds support the Fury programme.

About Fury Fun Tournaments (One-Day Events)

Our one-day Fury Fun Tournaments focus on community, development, and a positive day of ball hockey. These events are inclusive and welcoming—a chance to play with friends, meet new teammates, and put skills into action in a supportive environment.

What to expect

  • One-day format: multiple short games, round-robin style

  • U9–U18 divisions: balanced by age; mixed experience welcome

  • Focus: sportsmanship, teamwork, and meaningful reps (not standings)

  • Officials & safety: certified refs; respectful conduct required

  • Gear: helmet with cage, gloves, shin guards, stick, indoor shoes, water bottle
